Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  •     Custom-made items (e.g. made-to-order paintings, or printed-on-demand   products)
  •     All prints on stretched canvas (specially made for you)
  •     Wall art prints in sizes larger than A2 (these are custom-produced by our trusted production partners)

These items are produced individually per order and are therefore excluded from standard return rights.
Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  •     In the same condition that you received it
  •     Unused and undamaged
  •     With tags (if applicable) and in original packaging
  •     Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email)

📌 Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
In such cases, please email us with clear photos of the item and packaging, especially if damage occurred during transit. We'll assess the issue and make it right.
Exchanges

Want to exchange your item? The quickest solution is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@michelledujardin.nl.
