Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

With trusted third parties who help me operate my shop, like delivery companies and payment processors. These third parties receive only the information necessary to perform their services.

Data Retention

I retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide my services and as outlined in this privacy policy. I may also retain your information to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. In general, I keep data for 5 years.

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services located in the United States or other jurisdictions. As a result, your personal data may be transferred to a country with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your own.
When such a transfer is necessary, I rely on the safeguards provided by the data processors I work with (such as Google Cloud or Shopify), who implement Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other lawful mechanisms approved under EU data protection laws.

•   - You have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal data I hold about you.
•     You may also request correction, restriction, or deletion of your personal data. Unless I am legally required to retain it, I will delete your information upon request.
•     You can object to: (i) my processing of your data based on legitimate interest; and (ii) receiving marketing messages after giving prior consent. In such cases, I will delete your data unless I have compelling legal grounds to continue processing it.
•     If you reside in the EU and have concerns about my use of your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
