I want you to be happy with your purchase!
If you would like to return a purchase, please contact me withing 14 days by email for a return authorization. Be aware that I don't accept returns from custom orders. Prints larger than A2 and canvas prints in all sizes are also considered to be custom orders. If you have any questions about this refund policy do not hesitate to contact me.
I accept returns within the first 14 days of receiving the product. To approve the return is important that this is in perfect condition and with original packing.
If you would like to receive another item instead of getting your money back, you will have to pay the new shipping costs.
If the item has been damaged in transit I will resend your order if possible or refund the cost of the item (not the shipping cost). In case of damage during transit, please contact me immediately and send me photographs of the damage and the packaging so I can make a complaint with the postal service.
